As a Team Lead, I oversee over 150 events each calendar year, including the IBM Business Automation Summit, Ai4 Conference, and IBM TechCon. With more than seven years of experience in marketing and event management, I plan and deliver incredible branded experiences that bring IBM to life for thousands of people across our global network of technology thought leaders, practitioners, business partners, and clients. Each event sparks future innovation and business solutions for our clients, as well as revenue, sales, and ROI results for IBM.Although I love the events business, I also benefitted greatly from my experience in supply chain and project management. As the team lead, I serve as an event captain in the organization and take a high level of ownership of event strategy.
