Conduct comprehensive psychiatric biopsychosocial intakes with patients using DSM-5-TR• Provide evidence-based, feedback-informed (Lucet) individual psychotherapy to diverse adult patients with mood, anxiety, OCD, eating, neurodevelopmental, trauma-related disorders, academic/career challenges, relational issues, acculturative stress, grief, parental issues, and comorbid medical conditions (e.g, prediabetes, hypothyroidism, perimenopause, chronic pain)• Utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with gender-affirmative, trauma-informed, attachment-based, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), brief psychodynamic, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques• Conduct risk assessment and safety planning with patients, using Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) and SAFE-T Protocol with C-SSRS, and consult with supervisors accordingly• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision, presenting cases and collaborating on treatment planning• Consult with other providers in a multi-disciplinary setting as needed• Participate in weekly didactic seminars on evidence-based and feedback-informed treatment modalities including DBT, ACT, geropsychology, and MATCH-ADTC• Participate in biweekly supplemental didactic seminars on adult and pediatric assessments: ADHD, ASD, Schizophrenia Spectrum, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Complex PTSD,(working) memory, attention, and cognitive flexibility• Participate in AI-based interactive training via Lyssn on CBT for depression, anxiety and psychosis; DBT; Motivational Interviewing (MI); Suicide Prevention; Multi-cultural Orientation• Complete clinical documentation on electronic medical health record system (EPIC) in a timely manner• Contributed to doctoral trainee admissions by co-facilitating candidate interviews with supervisors, reviewing application materials, and participating in debriefings
