About Megan Watson

With a background in Business from The W.P. Carey School of Business, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to my current role as Director of Operations at TAG Process Service. My expertise in sustainability and business has been instrumental in leading the implementation of numerous technological initiatives, resulting in an 85% improvement in systems and processes. My ability to identify and solve daily challenges faced by clients, field agents, and technology has helped to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention. In addition, I am responsible for overseeing the scheduling and execution of interviews for multiple teams within the company, updating and improving SOP\'s for all roles, and ensuring a well-equipped office through the ordering and upkeep of supplies, partnerships with vendors and contractors, and supervision of the company fleet. I am also the owner/operator of Watson Home Renovation, where I have worked in over 100 homes to complete whole room renovations and various repairs around the home. I am able to work alongside homeowners on design aspects, and I am able to take full ownership of the process. My background as an Existing Homes Site Supervisor for Habitat for Humanity Charlotte, where I led groups of volunteers in building process to ensure work was done properly, overseeing construction on 4 new homes and completing repairs on 26 homes and trouble-shoot various and unique issues that arise at each project. I have also gained practical, hands-on knowledge of all aspects of home construction and remodeling as a Property Renovator at Clear Sky Capital, where I earned a reputation as a trusted assistant. In addition to my professional experience, I am also a Team Leader for Habitat For Humanity Central AZ, leading volunteer groups on weekends in various stages of New Home Construction, as well as the Social Media Coordinator for PHOENIX/ONE, using social media to promote the mission of a non-profit organization that connects local church leaders to the help they need.
