As an Education Manager focused on the da Vinci Single Port (SP) robotic surgical system, I develop and deliver educational training for surgeons, OR staff, sales representatives, and other internal groups. My role includes- Project management for multiple new products in concurrent development (instruments, accessories, and software), including upstream analysis of learner needs and continuous iteration of training materials through the design control process- Stakeholder alignment with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Product Management, Human Factors, and many other departments. Synthesizing diverse needs and earning buy-in- Partnering with Instructional Designers to optimize learner experience and evaluate outcomes- Coordinating scalable global launches of training programs including train-the-trainer activities.
