I provide consistent and timely delivery of high-quality, customized solutions to clients, prospective clients, and internal projects with a focus on the executive search process. I strive to ensure that the executive search process runs smoothly and efficiently and that the strongest candidates are identified and placed in nonprofit leadership positions to help organizations increase impact and further their mission. Bringing years of nonprofit volunteer experience as an AYSO Youth Soccer Board Member and as a delivery driver for Meals on Wheels, I bring skills in website and database management as well as interpreting and utilizing data to plan for growth and success. In addition to my service experience in nonprofit organizations, I hold a B.A. in Elementary Education and had a previous career in the education sector as a classroom teacher in an urban Title 1 public school setting.
