I am passionate about fearless leadership in the dental industry—leadership that inspires, supports, educates, and empowers teams to deliver exceptional care.With extensive experience in both general and specialty dentistry, my journey in the Pacific Northwest has included key leadership roles across diverse practice settings. I played a pivotal role in expanding an orthodontic specialty group into seven locations across the Portland Metro area. From there, I transitioned into multi-practice leadership for a network of dental spas in Portland and Lake Oswego, with a strong focus on oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry.My commitment to building high-performing teams and delivering premium patient care led me to Timber Dental, where I served as Director of Operations for four years. During this time, we cultivated a unique culture rooted in authenticity, growth, and a shared mission to provide an elevated experience for our patients, doctors, and team members.In December 2024, Timber Dental partnered with GPS Dental. Following my involvement in the integration process, I stepped into my current role as VP of Strategy, where I continue to focus on innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across our organization.
