Forge excellent client and candidate relationships alike by understanding their needs and expectations• Take all calls and email requests concerning temporary bookings• To record all bookings on Influence as soon as the request is received• To effectively match temp workers with the client\'s requirements and provide thorough information to temp workers when advising and confirming each booking with them• To update and maintain records with all reservations as soon as they are confirmed with all parties• To assist with weekly timesheet queries efficiently and effectively• To investigate and deal with the situation, and complaints that arise through our Temp Staff working at different sites (i.e. Missing/mislaid keys and parcels)• To obtain feedback from both clients and candidates and update the software (Influence) accordingly• To participate in the emergency service rota once every three to four weeks providing an out of hours service for temporary bookings (additional remuneration applies)• To ensure that any emergency bookings received on the emergency out of hours phone have been confirmed with Clients by 10 am the next working day• Run the \"Availability Report\" and record the data accordingly• Achieve the weekly target per week (in my case such as temporary booker)
