   As CEO of SCCAP, I lead a dynamic $12+ million human services agency serving more than families annually across Adams and Franklin counties. With 100+ staff and 500+ volunteers, SCCAP operates a wide range of programs addressing housing, food access, early childhood education, health equity, and systems-level poverty solutions. My leadership is rooted in equity, collaboration, and driving measurable change at both the individual and community level.Key Accomplishments & Responsibilities:Community Engagement & Anti-Poverty Strategy - Designed and implemented a community engagement framework that deepened public understanding and increased innovation in anti-poverty efforts.Crisis Leadership During COVID-19 - Doubled SCCAP’s budget from $12M to $24M in response to the pandemic, expanding resources to meet urgent needs. Led a strategic pivot from traditional service delivery to community-wide crisis intervention, addressing housing instability, food insecurity, and economic hardship at scale. Coordinated rapid response efforts with local governments, nonprofits, and health systems to ensure continuity of care and equitable resource distribution.Public Speaking & Thought Leadership. Presenter at state and national conferences on: Engaging the Community to End Poverty, Understanding Economic Cultural Differences and the Impact of Scarcity on Future OrientationOrganizational & Systems Leadership.
