At Microsoft, I am delivering New Product Integration (NPI\'s) Portfolios in Azure that enable cloud optimal solutions at scale, assuring engineering fundamentals throughout the platform lifecycle for customers to achieve more. In the Silicon Cloud Hardware Infrastructure Engineering group, I am responsible for delivering on a series of organization wide initiatives, forecasting and managing spend, and managing the design, planning, integration and deployment of Programs within Portfolios. As a Senior Hardware Engineering Program Manager, I lead cross-functional teams to drive the development and launch of innovative products. My role involves collaborating with software and hardware engineering, supply chain, networking, and datacenter operations to create a clear Plan-of-Record (POR) for new product development. I provide technical leadership, identify risks, and ensure effective communication and escalation of dependencies.I work closely with internal and external technology partners to form cohesive development plans. With an in-depth understanding of product requirements, milestones, and interdependencies, I establish an accurate project infrastructure. I am accountable for delivering best-in-class architecture solutions and managing risks in new product introductions. My responsibilities also include ensuring cross-functional alignment, tracking development milestones, and preparing for new Data Center infrastructure development and deployments. I regularly interact with senior management, highlighting risks and providing recommendations to support product-level decisions. I thrive in ambiguous environments, applying and designing processes where needed to create value.Additionally, I take pride in the ownership of the product lifecycle vision for CHAPP (Cloud Hardware Plan of Record Portal), leveraging AI and digital twin strategies to deliver competitive advantage and long-term scalability as an organization wide initiative for \"HIFE\".
