Key Accomplishments:• Serve as the principle Republican ethics attorney for the House of Representatives, advising all members of Congress and staff on ethics laws and rules that apply to the House. • Contributed to three bills, H.R. 4275, H.R. 5509, and H.R. 623, signed into law by President Obama. Strategized and targeted potential co-sponsors; advocated for hearings and markup of legislation. • Supported House Committee on Ethics on four announced harassment investigations and two ongoing public investigations during a time of increased case load of sensitive cases as part of the #MeToo era. • Led coordinated strategic goal and effort to establish Congresswoman Brooks as House leader on biodefense and emergency preparedness through education, press opportunities, and introduction of legislation H.R. 3299, which will be signed into law before the end of 2018.Specialties: leadership and management, strategic communications and messaging, policy strategy, collaboration, legal advice, public policy, legislative relations, ethics
