I am an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a demonstrated history of providing quality, evidence-based services to children and their families. I\'ve spent the last fourteen years working in the fields of special education and Applied Behavior Analysis in a variety of settings. For the last three years I have taken on a leadership role as Regional Manager and Center Director for the Chicagoland East region at Total Spectrum. This role includes supervising fellow BCBAs and their caseloads, auditing schedules, monitoring productivity, and brainstorming solutions to problems, to name a few.
