Facilitate trial preparation for attorney, including depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences. Conduct research to locate individuals and hire process servers. Obtain copies of court records and coordinate the appearance of witnesses at trials. Counsel clients regarding filling out affidavits and other disclosures in connection with on-going matters. Gather clients’ financial information and file related documents with the court.
