About Megan Poore

Ms. Poore has a vast array of professional experience in designing and implementing Human Resource (HR) processes and systems. Ms. Poore has spearheaded occupational analyses, developed competency models, and managed survey analyses for numerous projects in the public and private sectors. She also played an active role in the development and implementation of assessments for federal government agencies, including situational judgment, in-basket, and logic-based reasoning assessments. In addition, she applies her research and methodological expertise in conducting psychometric analyses and authoring literature reviews and technical reports. Ms. Poore also has experience communicating data analysis and assessment results and development processes to non-technical audiences.
