I have a hybrid role, supporting the whole team with candidate management and supporting one of our Directors with their recruitment in the UK market. A lot of my focus with recruitment is surgical orthopaedic sales and marketing roles but do recruit across other therapy areas too.With my naturally caring manner and understanding of skills and development - recruitment was a natural fit. And after having been involved in recruitment in my other role, it solidified my interest in recruitment. As an executive research consultant, I work with candidates to understand their background and skills set and delve down into the motivations for considering another role to help identify suitable roles across the team moving forward. to help provide insight into how their past experience can be utilised in various roles which we recruit for. With excellent listening and communication skills, I am the first face candidates reach and speak with, assisting them with their new journey in the world of medical device sales. I also provide support and guidance for new individuals to the industry to help make their transition more successful. Once I establish the candidates needs, I pass their details to the recruitment team to help match them with a position which is a good fit for the candidate and client - helping to ensure the best candidates are selected for the roles.
