Working in the Contingent Labour team, my role as a Recruitment Operations Professional is to work efficiently with the operational and functional teams across the company. Managing and distribution of clockings on WFM for a large contingent workforce, ensuring timely and accurate payment for all contract and temporary employees. Handling payroll discrepancies, resolving issues related to pay rates, deductions, absences and benefits in AMEX. I complete the end-to-end onboarding process for candidates, including occupational health, conducting documentation and compliance checks, and facilitating the hiring process.
