A food service professional with a wide range of experience, from operations to accounting, design, marketing and computer software development! My career in food service is a twisty one that doesn\'t look very intentional or logical, and I\'m not sure anyone\'s food service career really does, however, I wouldn\'t trade any of my experiences for anything else! I love helping people solve problems and find easier ways to do what needs to be done so they can focus on the fun parts of their jobs. The areas where I totally geek out are helping operators with financial accountability, team-oriented projects, and customer service.
