ABOUT MEGAN PAPARELLA
I love to manage websites, both their content and over web strategy. In my most previous position at PBS I led a project to rebrand a small WordPress website into what became known as the PBS Hub. The project involved evaluating several content management systems and ultimately choosing Craft CMS, hiring a developer, and managing the budget, design and roll-out of the site. The Hub is now the central location for all of the data, best practices, and information that PBS member stations need to be successful in their local communities. Thinking outside of the box is how I managed to add new capabilities and content areas to the Hub with a small budget and a limited number of hours available with our web developer. I also worked closely with teams across departments to develop solutions for their information-sharing needs. I\'ve had an amazingly varied career from intelligence analysis to web content management, but the common thread throughout is that I like to find problems and areas of inefficiency and then figure out ways to solve those problems. I enjoy the challenge of making things work better both for myself and the organization I work for.
