ABOUT MEGAN OLIVIA FORD
Words have always been my compass. From a passion for poetry and Classical Civilisation at St Peter\'s School York to graduating in English Literature and Creative Writing from Queen Mary University of London, I\'ve built my foundation on the belief that language and rigorous thinking go hand in hand. That foundation shapes everything I do as a Development Representative at Xapien, where I work with legal firms, charities, foundations, trusts, universities, and schools. All organisations united by a commitment to integrity and purpose. I\'m genuinely passionate about the sectors I serve, and find real meaning in helping mission-driven organisations work smarter. Outside of work, I\'m writing a psychological horror novel that I aim to get published alongside my already published poems, represented my country in eventing, something I have done since my early years, running, and modelling. I aim to live a life that keeps me curious and creative! I\'m always glad to connect with people working in law, education, philanthropy, or the third sector.
