ABOUT MEGAN OHARA PAWLOWSKI
At JLL, I am an Executive Vice President and lead the JLL S&E Engineering Services (VES) National Practice Group. Our VES teams core focus is to deliver innovative engineering solutions to Venues (stadiums, arenas, performing arts centers and convention centers) that provide our clients with proven, tangible results. In additional to leading our VES National Practice Group, I directly lead the venue engineering team at FedEx Field (NFL Stadium), Capital One Center (Tysons, VA), Audi Field located in Washington DC (DC United MLS Stadium), Segra Field (Loudoun United USL Stadium), Kettler IcePlex located in Arlington, VA (NHL Capitals Practice Facility), Capital One Arena (f/k/a Verizon Center), which is located in Washington, DC and serves as DC’s primary sports and entertainment arena. It is home to the Washington Wizards of the NBA and the Washington Capitals of the NHL, among other sports teams, and hosts major events and concerts throughout the year. In 2017, I served as President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Northern Virginia Chapter, which is a network that exists to influence the success of the commercial real estate industry by advancing the achievements of women.
