As a Professional Recruiter, I am passionate about finding and hiring the best talent for the aerospace industry. I manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various positions, from posting jobs and screening resumes to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. I use various recruiting tools, such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter, to source and attract qualified candidates. I also maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience for all parties involved. I have a diverse background in security and dispatch, which gives me an edge in understanding the needs and expectations of both the clients and the candidates. I started my career as a Security and Dispatch Professional at Allied Universal, where I provided customer service, used a 911 CAD system, and monitored 500 CCTV cameras. I then joined Defense International Security as a Jr. Recruiter, where I quickly advanced to become a Regional Recruiter, an Administrative Coordinator, and a Dispatch Supervisor. I was responsible for hiring and training staff, overseeing the patrol vehicle fleet, filing employee files, and assisting payroll. I have a BS in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and I am proficient in job postings, ADP Workforce, and full-life cycle recruiting.
