Megan Meyer-Daetsch is currently working at New Classrooms, a nonprofit organization that leverages classroom design, teacher talent, and technology to enable personalized learning for more than students in over 30 pioneering schools.Megan completed a master\'s degree in Development Studies from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva Switzerland. For her studies, Megan conducted her thesis on formal, non-formal, and informal skills development policy and practice. In particular, her thesis analyzed the impact of informal networks and 21st century skills on the social mobility of marginalized youth populations. After graduating, Megan worked for two years as a Research Assistant at UNICEF, within their Public and Private Partnerships division in Geneva, Switzerland.Prior to moving to Switzerland, Megan was a Strategy Consultant for Accenture in Washington DC. At Accenture, Megan focused on public sector and nonprofit strategy, and has experience in strategic planning, organizational assessments, and competitive assessments. While at Accenture, she conducted in-depth research on the US K-12 education system with regards to trends in access, attainment, and quality, and worked with a global team to define Accenture\'s Human Services Sector 5-Year Strategy, with a focus on education and economic development.Megan also holds a B.S. in Policy, Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
