As an Engagement Manager, I establish relationships with families and individuals considering one of Cochlear\'s implantable technologies. Providing education and support, I guide them through their hearing journey. I recruit, train and manage a network of volunteers committed to spreading public awareness, and supporting others who are searching for a hearing loss solutions. I collaborate with professional partners and clinics to support individuals seeking knowledge about a hearing loss solution and those who already use implantable hearing technology.
