Travel to the customers home setting and demonstrate and instruct the customer and/or their caregiver on the proper use and care of the PT/INR equipment. Explain test reporting options. Accurately document and submit patient training records. Communicate with Acelis Connected Health hub to update any changes in patient status. Ensures the goals and objectives of programs/initiatives specified are accomplished in accordance with prescribed priorities and deadlines.
