Deliver evidence-based nutrition counseling to support individuals with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, lactation and breastfeeding, gestational diabetes and blood sugar regulation, and cancer treatment or survivorship-Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team including OB/GYNs, endocrinologists, oncologists, nurses, and social workers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care-Provide ongoing patient education and support, helping clients implement sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes tailored to their medical needs and personal goals-Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary rounds to inform care planning and contribute nutrition expertise to broader clinical decision-making-Cross-cover in the inpatient setting, providing nutrition support to hospitalized patients within similar specialty areas, including obstetrics, gynecologic oncology, and high-risk pregnancies.
