About Megan Marini
Founding principal of 3x3 and community-centered designer focused on innovating more sustainable, resilient, and regenerative systems. As a designer with a disability, I build from my lived experience to advance broader community mobility and well-being. As the Director of Strategy at 3x3, an inclusive innovation agency, I lead projects that leverage stakeholder collaboration to create social and environmental impact. For over 15+ years, I’ve worked with public sector clients on urban resilience, workforce development, and public health, applying service design, program evaluation, and capacity building to help organizations solve problems collaboratively.With a background in architecture and urban planning, I also guide the next generation of designers to approach equity in the built environment thoughtfully through teaching and mentorship.
