Exceeded sales goals for loan production and deposit generation year over year since 2012. • Market expert on multi-family and 1-4 family construction with proven ability to evaluate project feasibility, effectively analyze budgets, contracts, and general contractors, negotiate loan terms, and provide continual project oversight and draw approval through stabilization or sale. Projects range from single family units to 150+ multi-family projects with hard costs in excess of $20MM• Proven ability to analyze, structure, and approve loan requests that balance solutions to clients’ needs with acceptable credit risk to the bank.
