I never expected to end up in sales, especially coming from a family of educators, but it’s turned out to be one of the most rewarding paths I could’ve taken. Sales has given me the perfect blend of connection, challenge, and continuous learning. I love the thrill of the sell and the strategy behind it, but what really drives me is helping others succeed. After completing an internship centered around creating training programs for company sales people, I now work as a Business Development Leader at University Tees, where I focus on leading and developing collegiate sales representatives, guiding them to reach both personal and professional goals.
