About Megan Lien
I am a healthcare data and analytics leader passionate about transforming complex clinical data into clear, actionable insights that improve patient care. As Manager of Clinical Data Analytics, I lead a talented team of data engineers and data scientists who support a wide range of health research initiatives, partnering closely with clinicians, investigators, and operational leaders. My approach to leadership is simple: people first, always. I prioritize creating an environment where my team feels supported, trusted, and empowered. I believe in cross‑training, transparency, and collaboration as the foundation for building resilient, high‑performing teams. When people feel safe to learn, experiment, and grow, great work naturally follows.Across my career, I’ve been driven by the mission to use data for good. Whether that means improving quality of care, advancing clinical research, or helping organizations make smarter, more compassionate decisions. I love the challenge of bringing clarity to complexity and turning raw information into meaningful narratives that guide positive change.Outside of work, you can usually find me exploring the Pacific Northwest. Hiking, rock climbing, and finding new perspectives in the mountains. I value balance, curiosity, and staying grounded, and I bring that same energy into how I lead and how I work.
