After an incredible journey as a seller at Autodesk Construction Solutions, I transitioned into a management role focused on empowering business development reps and supporting their career growth. I have had the privilege of leading two exceptional managers as we scaled and refined our outbound efforts in Business Development.Currently, I am leading the inside sales team in our territory or SMB segment, focusing on driving net new growth within Autodesk\'s construction portfolio.At Autodesk Construction Solutions, we’ve developed a platform tailored for construction professionals, providing tools that streamline workflows from the design phase through the entire construction lifecycle. By leveraging advanced technology, a robust builders network, and predictive insights, we’ve broken down siloed project data, delivering transparency that reduces project risk for our clients.Our mission is to equip construction professionals with tools to enhance efficiency, improve safety on the job, and ultimately allow them to spend more time with their families and less time on the job site. I share this passion, driven by years of consulting and problem-solving, to deliver measurable results and implement solutions that truly make a difference.Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and our three dogs—Axle, Annie, and Ava. I’m also a fan of pickup soccer games, home decorating, and finding joy in organizing spaces.
