With over 11 years of experience in the financial services industry, I am a passionate and visionary leader in product development and management. I have a strong background in web and mobile product design, user experience, and digital transformation, as well as a deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements for retirement and investment products. I am currently the Vice President of Product Development and Management at Empower, where I collaborate with the Product Leadership Team to drive critical initiatives that enhance the company\'s offering, achieve enterprise goals, and establish the strategy and roadmap for our tools.In my current role, I own the execution of initiatives that evolve Empower\'s product offering for digital web and mobile platforms, including iOS and Android. I lead a team of talented product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and customers to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that meet their needs and expectations. I leverage my skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, as well as my Series 6, 63, and 26 certifications, to ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of our products.
