ABOUT MEGAN

Hi my name is Megan Le, I am currently a Junior studying Biology at the University of Washington with a strong interest in immunology, infectious disease, and maternal–fetal medicine. I currently conduct independent research in a maternal–fetal medicine lab, investigating placental immune cell metabolism across pregnancy using flow cytometry–based approaches.Alongside research, I work as an inpatient pharmacy technician, where I bridge molecular mechanisms of disease with real-world clinical decision-making. These experiences have shaped my passion for understanding disease at the cellular level and translating science into meaningful health outcomes.I’m particularly interested in careers that integrate biomedical research, metabolism, and human health. Always eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to advancing underexplored areas of medicine—especially women’s health.
