Assist the Principal Investigator (PI) and Program Director in engaging the BCAP team, community partners, and Asian American Studies affiliated faculty/staff to implement all aspects of BCAP projects, from design to implementation and assessment- Coordinate the mental health enhancement service of the project, including ongoing mental health referrals and coaching in both one-on-one and group settings- Organize culturally responsive workshops and events for the campus community, including student leaders, faculty, and staff- Work closely with the program associate to manage the recruitment of students for internships and other events- Collaborate with offices around campus and partners in the community to create a network of support for students- Oversee office marketing and communications by managing and creating content for social media outlets, increasing BCAP\'s reach through content creation and engagement strategies - Manage BCAP office inner workings and day-to-day operations - Supervise a group of 10 federal work study students, providing them with guidance and advise for their personal and professional development - Update attendance and service data for the Program Director to generate annual reports for the project funder- Make executive decisions on the Program Director and Principal Investigator’s behalf in their absence
