ABOUT MEGAN KUNKA FRITZ

Detail-oriented, insight-generating, thought-provoking medical science liaison at Bayer. Over 10 years of internal medicine clinical pharmacist experience at large academic medical centers, including University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Vidant Medical Center, and University of Kentucky HealthCare. I have developed a wide array of clinical skills encompassing numerous therapeutic areas given my internal medicine experience at high acuity health systems and have an innate sense of the clinical relevance of medical strategy and its interplay with real-world application. Furthermore, I have developed strong relationships across a vast network of pharmacists, mid-level providers, and physicians across the country. Eight publications (including 3 original research projects) with nearly 50 citations to date.During my time in clinical practice, I precepted 50 pharmacy students and PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents and served as PGY2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy Residency Program Director for 7 years, exhibiting exemplary leadership and managerial skills.Skills: interdisciplinary collaboration and communication, quality improvement, outcomes research, pharmacy informatics, global process improvement, clinical research, medical insight generation, concise and complete scientific exchange
