About Megan Kreiser
My name is Megan Kreiser, and I am currently a senior at George Mason University, where I am an Honors College student pursuing my B.S. in Health Administration with a concentration in Health Systems Management. In the summer of 2025, I began my HR recruitment internship with Select Medical, which is a post-acute care company based in central Pennsylvania. I have continued working part-time with Select\'s recruitment team as I finish my last year at George Mason! Working for Select has been pivotal in enriching my knowledge of what HR looks like in the healthcare industry and expanding my understanding of just how many opportunities are out there. As I am working through my last year at George Mason, I have been blessed to get to continue to learn about the complexity of healthcare and how I can play a part in making it a better industry for every individual involved whether that be the patients being treated or the staff treating them.
