As part of the Digital Transformation Program, the Finance and Accounting (F&A) Workstream Business Lead plays a key role in executing on a roadmap for DAI’s new ERP, responsible for driving, championing, and executing initiatives which support the transformation of the Finance and Accounting Systems landscape. The Business Lead manages the portfolio of procure to pay, record to report, and order to cash system applications and projects within the scope of the DTP. This includes synchronizing projects and their interdependencies; coordinating resource capacity and availability; facilitating transitions from projects to operations; identifying barriers to change and driving organizational change.
