As the Finance Director / Customer Relations Manager, I am responsible for performing dynamic and all-inclusive financial management functions for the organization. This includes analyzing and processing complex contracts that meet or exceed $150M annually. I also work closely with multiple departments and senior leadership, where I evaluate the current financial status in order to gain a true understanding of departmental earnings. Once I have a clear picture of the current state, I am able to develop and implement strategic plans of actions and initiatives to help drive sales and revenue. To help ensure success across the organization, I regularly organize and facilitate meetings, collaborate with SMEs, and work to streamline and enhance processes to increase revenue. I am also in charge of managing the payroll system for over 20 employees. In this role, I oversee and validate the accuracy of all employee schedules and timecards. Notable Contributions Include: • Spearheaded innovative initiatives within the Finance Department, leading to $3.4M a year increase in gross sales. • Successfully obtain and reconcile +$100k in monthly incentives from multiple factories. • Led the implementation of dealer management system, migrating from ADP to DealerTrack to effectively advance administrative efficiency across the organization.
