Used Common Core State Standards as well as Next Generation Science Standards Constructed 2 years’ worth of eLearning for over 40 students with their average test scores being 85%. Cultivated a safe environment for all students to collaborate within. Implemented differentiated instructions for 5 subjects tailored to the needs of all learners based on their level ofknowledge and understanding. Completed over 3 district projects for curriculum and instruction that led to overall test scores rising 15%. Partnered with the district adoption committee to deliberate on and enforce 3 different curriculum strategies for students. Participated in 3 committees where I was tasked to identify issues, do a needs assessment, and implement solutionsfor over 5 years. Completed training and observation for resident teachers, helping to improve classroom instruction and lessonimplementation.
