As an antitrust associate, I am experienced in assessing and mitigating antitrust risk in public and private M&A transactions. I currently support US and international clients with merger review and antitrust compliance, obtaining clearance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and governmental antitrust investigations. I have provided antitrust counsel across multiple industries, including software and technology, healthcare and life sciences, consumer products, aerospace and defense, and industrials.In my pro bono practice, I provide legal services to 501(c)3 clients and the LGBTQ+ community.I earned my JD at the University of Chicago Law School, and a BA in Communications Studies at Northeastern University.
