ABOUT MEGAN HYSELL
I have had the great fortune to have had a career crisis. Formerly on the ladder of leadership, I reached a height that felt like I should be grateful for my position, and instead I found myself wondering how I’d gotten so far from the type of work that made me thrive. I loved leading, but there was so much more to the role that was not in alignment with who I am at my core. So I dug deep and found my passion: teaching, coaching & putting all of my creative energies to work on a regular basis. I came back to my education roots in the learning & development space. I have the great privilege of leading Career Circles - a group coaching program that empowers people to own their own career journeys in the hopes that they find their way. I believe strongly in the connection of people and the power of creating psychologically safe spaces. With a unique blend of strategic thinking mixed with a strong creative streak, I am energized by working on teams where innovative and creative problem-solving are at the forefront. My philosophy is let\'s find new ways to approach old problems and let\'s foster an environment where that is safe and nurtured; a place where all voices are valued.
