ABOUT MEGAN HUNTER

I am a third-year Business Psychology student at Bath Spa University, recently completed a Human Resources placement at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) in the Recruitment Marketing team. My experience at JLR has allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in a practical setting, enhancing my understanding of HR practices and organizational behaviour.I am driven, confident, and passionate about making a positive impact in the workplace. My dedication and hard work are evident in my proactive approach to problem-solving and my commitment to continuous learning. I thrive in dynamic environments and am eager to contribute to innovative HR and marketing solutions. In addition to my studies and placement, I serve as the Social Media Officer for the new Bath Spa Psychology Society which myself and 2 others recently created. This role has honed my skills in digital communication, content creation, and community engagement. We hope to grow this network once the society kick starts events.
