I\'m convinced that the most powerful solutions to our challenges, whether in business, culture, or society at large, lie in the richness of human experience. My work sits at the intersection of design, human needs / strengths / finitudes, culture and technology, where I explore how intentional experiences shape our perceptions, ignite our passions, and forge deeper connections.Good design isn\'t just about aesthetics or functionality; it\'s about empowering people, fostering a sense of belonging, and creating moments of genuine delight (the real magic). My mission is to champion new practices and build durable bridges between disciplines, designers and decision makers. I\'m proud to co-lead the Google Experience Institute, an amazing global community of interdisciplinary leaders and disruptors who share that vision and mission. In the age of AI and automation, I believe that our greatest asset is our humanity. And it\'s through intentional experience design that we can tap into that humanity, building a future that\'s not just smarter and more \'efficient\', but also more meaningful, more equitable, and more joyful.
