While I am not a natural sales person, I have worked very hard to improve my technique. My sales experience comes from not only having to up-sell or sell products but also selling myself. Communication is my niche in life. My favorite thing to do in life is to talk to all sorts of people and really be able to help them in any way I can. I have the ability to really find people’s pain point and guide them in a direction that will help ease some of the stress in their life whether it be personal issues, business related issues or finding a solution for the problem they are currently having, so that way their life or business will run more smoothly. I am a natural born leader but it took me awhile to learn the difference between being a boss and being bossy. I have learned that to be a successful leader you have to be assertive but understand that no one is the same and there are different managing techniques that must be put to use with different people in order to get the desired result. To get respect you have to give respect, so that way you work as a cohesive unit and everyone is happy.
