About Megan Hartman

I have a passion for working with people. I\'ve been involved with many organizations growing up in a small town and have recently been working on getting more involved with the Lafayette community. When something is not \"happening\" for me, I like to make it happen. I graduated from Purdue University with my twin sister where we were the Silver Twins for four years. The experiences I gained from being a part of the band and the networking opportunities presented to us were incredible. I carry many of those with me daily. I appreciate genuine people who represent something bigger. Those are the people who drive me to succeed. I believe there are many components to success, but three that I focus on daily, is making an effort to be a positive person, staying physically active and stepping out of my comfort zone to pursue personal growth. I work in a black and white world yet see the color in everything. I bring a fresh perspective when approaching many issues. I am extremely competitive when it comes to almost every aspect in life, whether it be work, sports, games, etc. A challenge is something to be tackled, and not backed down from. I love having the opportunity to represent something bigger than myself. Being a part of a Company that I believe in and bridging the gap between them and the community is proving to be very rewarding.
