About Megan Hand

I’m a passionate and driven leader with a strong background in customer support, technical operations, and team development. Over the years, I’ve learned how to build strong, high-performing teams while finding creative ways to improve processes and deliver amazing results for both customers and companies. At LendingClub, I’ve had the chance to lead teams across email, chat, and social media, helping create smoother, more efficient customer experiences. One of my favorite projects was launching a new inbound chat function and working with our offshore partners in the Philippines to build and train a new support team. I’m proud to say that my focus on leadership and team building earned me recognition in a company-wide employee engagement survey, where I ranked 3rd overall. Previous to LendingClub, I worked at Netflix, where I managed technical support and voice operations teams. I loved collaborating with engineers to refine processes and create a better experience for Netflix users around the world. I’m passionate about creating environments where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to succeed. I thrive in fast-paced settings and love tackling challenges that let me help both my team and the organization grow.
