As the Catalog Specialist within the Office of Instruction, I support Edmonds College\'s mission of Teaching, Learning, Community by working in collaboration with faculty department heads, division staff and student services staff to provide accurate, student-centered catalog information. I work closely with the Director of Curriculum and Scheduling to review course and program information across databases and help to ensure clarity to our diverse community about the educational and career opportunities at Edmonds College.

Consults with cross-campus teams to remedy any potential issues with catalog information and researches any discrepancies. Helps to maintain and manage resource websites related to Curriculum Management. Assists in developing and establishing procedures and policies regarding course and program development. Participates in long-term development process in the Office of Instruction and makes recommendations for changes. Provides general support and assistance to the Director of Curriculum Scheduling for special projects, taking notes, and managing routine and special projects. Ensures accurate course coding per state guidelines and other credentialing agencies.
