Me can best be described as the middle ground between chatting to your friends who perhaps can\'t relate and professional help which can often be daunting, costly and inaccessible. We provide a safe, supportive environment for peers to connect, share experiences, engage in positive exercises/coping strategies, build supportive networks and develop emotional resilience. Our 12-week course has been designed by students, for students and is entirely peer led. Currently working with multiple institutions with the intention of providing accessible, cost-effective support to the mass student demographic. Finalist for Great British Young Entrepreneur of the year, Women’s Business Club Leader of the Year and Great British Young Business Woman of the year.

A combination of my time at university, working in corporate environments and travelling the globe opened my eyes to the effects of poor mental health in a wide range of environments globally. Cue the lightbulb moment for HashtagMe (#Me).#Me connects like-minded students and provides resources to improve self-awareness and promote a positive mindset as well as encouraging sustainable, healthy habits so they\'re better equipped to reach their full potential and handle life’s ups and downs.I’m fortunate enough to be doing something I love so don\'t consider it \'work\', but life is all about balance so, when I’m not focusing on #Me, I can be found somewhere sunny reading a book, running around on a hockey pitch or being far too competitive during a board game.
