In this role, I oversee the College\'s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, managing a content calendar, designing graphics, and engaging with the online community. As the College photographer, I capture headshots and event photography to support our branding and storytelling efforts. I also produce short-form video content showcasing academic programs and student life. Additionally, I design and distribute one of the College\'s monthly email newsletters, The Transfer Times, via MailChimp.Within my first year in this role, I have successfully-Achieved a 103.9% increase in reach and an 84.4% boost in engagement on Facebook-Drove a 673.6% growth in reach and 100% increase in engagement on Instagram-Added 3,600+ new LinkedIn followers while implementing a new, results-driven platform strategy.Other accomplishments-Helped implement and currently manage the Emergency Management System that sends alerts to all students and employees in the event of an emergency -Serving as a member of the Emergency Management team, Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Topic Selection committee, and the CRM Implementation team
