About Megan Enos
My passion is in helping provide second (and third) chances to anyone and everyone seeking to achieve dreams and goals through higher education in a high quality, liberal arts, student-centered setting. I deeply value team work based on trust and healthy conflict toward achieving common goals (thank you, Patrick Lencioni!), and love to partner with those engaged in personal development and transformation based on powerful insights and new learning. I practice teaching and workshop facilitation based in andragogy (adult-centered learning) in corporate and academic settings (including online), placing reflection, discussion, open engagement, and humor at the center of the experience. Whether in a group or individual interaction, I seek to ensure that those with me leave feeling empowered, encouraged, and genuinely cared for. I believe in truth in love over harmony, and am passionate about advocating for those who need an insider\'s voice to tell their story. I have decided to spend this year home with my son, working very part time and soaking up all I can of his pre-school life. On the side, I sing jazz, pop, and the like with a Portland-based piano trio, Mosaique. For the assessment-minded: INFP; Enneagram 4 with 3 wing; Strengths: Ideation, Adaptability, Empathy, Developer, Positivity (I know, right?); DISC: Counselor profile (high I / moderate S); Spirit animal: otter :)
