ABOUT MEGAN EDGE-PARTINGTON
I am a Biomedical Engineer with BioCytics and Carolina BioOncology Institute in the Human Applications Lab. This is a cancer research clinic that does both in-house research and sponsored work for various immunotherapy clinical trials. My current role is very diverse - I primarily work in the GLP laboratory while supporting goals to meet GMP standards. I also process patient samples in the onsite CLIA/COLA-certified clinical lab to assist with patient care. I have recently started working on a murine study, during which I have learned and developed several skill sets related to animal research.My interests are in drug delivery, vaccine research and development, public health, and infectious disease.
