ABOUT MEGAN E. HAHN

Megan is an active CPA in the State of Colorado and an Assurance Partner in EY\'s Denver office. She has 20 years of experience working with both publicly and privately held companies in a range of industries including real estate, restaurants, hospitality, and financial services. • Real estate and hospitality client base primarily includes REITs, real estate acquisition, development, leasing and management companies, as well as, restaurant, hotel and condominium properties. • Financial services client base primarily includes private equity funds that invest in a variety of industries including real estate, oil and gas as well as fund of funds. • Significant experience dealing with SEC filings and reporting, equity and debt offerings, business combinations, and other complex accounting transactions.• Significant experience in purchase accounting related matters in connection with business combinations, including assessing assumptions used to derive valuations of tangible and intangible assets acquired and liabilities assumed.• Significant experience determining impairment on real estate assets as well as the capitalization of costs for real estate under development. • Significant experience substantiating level 3, unobservable inputs for real estate investments, partnership interests, and preferred equity.• Responsible for identifying, researching, interpreting, and concluding on complex accounting issues.• Megan is EY\'s Americas REIT Market Leader. In this capacity she supports EY\'s go-to-market and business development activities for the REIT sector.
